RAID controller firmware is available upon request only. Contact Support and provide your serial number and your current firmware revision, we will then send you the correct firmware for your model if there is an update available.

LCD Symbols
On the front LCD RAID panel, what do the symbols represent?
The symbols or letters displayed on the LCD panel represent the status of the unit, as follows:

In the below 16-bay LCD example we show disks 1-6 and 8 as online and functional as a member of array 1. Disk 7 is being added rebuilt to (added to array). Disk 9-13 and 15 are online and functional as a member of array 2. Disk 14 has excessive bad sectors and should be replaced immediately. Disk 16 is a global hot-spare.
