Controller Firmware:
RAID controller firmware is available upon request only. Contact Support and provide your serial number and your current firmware revision, we will then send you the correct firmware for your model if there is an update available.

LCD Symbols
On the front LCD RAID panel, what do the symbols represent?
The symbols or letters displayed on the LCD panel represent the status of the unit, as follows:

In the below 12-bay LCD example we show disks 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 are online, functioning, and a member of array 1. Disk 3 is currently being rebuilt to (adding to array). Disks 7-12 are online and functional as a member of array 2.
