How do I provide server reports for my SecurStor Astra to EMD Support?

Technical Support may ask that you provide them with your server reports information and event logs. In that case, please follow these instructions:

1. Connect and login to the web management interface.

2. Click on the top subsystem link on the left pane. underneath "Subsystems".

3. Click the "Save" button located at the bottom of the right pane.

4. Save this file to a network or local drive location.

5. Send this file in reply to your EMD support ticket as requested.
