The SecurStor SATA Direct Attached Storage subsystems provides users with massive storage capacity in a secure subsystem environment where a high level of data availability is assured.

The SecurStor SATA comes with fully featured RAID capabilities and to eliminat all causes of data loss all the critical components, including the power supply units and the cooling fans, come in redundant pairs and are hot-swappable..

Sustained throughput capabilities:

Utilizing the latest RAID processing technology and newest high-performance Serial ATA-300 (SATA-II) disk, the sustained throughputs for SecurStor SATA models are as follow:

• 4U 24SATA models are capable of delivering up to 800 MB/sec
• 3U 16SATA models are capable of delivering up to 400 MB/sec
• 2U 12SATA models are capable of delivering up to 350 MB/sec
• 2U 8SATA models are capable of delivering up to 300 MB/s
