I am not sure, but I guess we have over 10 in service and not a single problem. We were especially impressed when your service department contacted us regarding possible problems with the TravelStor 8C that we had purchased, and offered to swap it out with a new unit at no cost.

As I mentioned to you previously, we had originally used six subsystems from a different manufacturer on the first major project in June 2004. Within three months, two of their units had failed totally, and we continue to have failures to this day. We ultimately have decided to bite the bullet and replace them with your product. We like your policy of offering a turnkey product, pre-configured and tested, and your next business day replacement policy.
